FAQ

When will I get my order?

Local deliveries throughout the Winnipeg Area can be shipped within 24 hours if we receive the order before 1:00pm. Orders received after this time will be delivered the following business day.

Holiday deliveries have an earlier cut-off time. Orders received by 11:00am the day before the holiday can be delivered locally. For out of town orders, the cut-off time for a holiday delivery is usually 2 days before the holiday. Sometimes there can be exceptions. You will be advised by email of the delivery status on orders received after the cut-off date.

To help assure on-time delivery during busy holiday seasons, place your order at least 2 days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day and Father's Day. 

Shipped boxes can be expected anywhere between 4-7 business days.  If you need a rush order please send us an email before you purchase.

 

Where do you deliver? and what is the delivery fee?

We deliver throughout Winnipeg and the surrounding areas. Our delivery fee is $10.95. An increased delivery charge may be required to cover the cost of delivery in certain areas. 

 

Do you ship to other locations? 

 Yes. Worldwide shipping is available! Shipping prices may vary depending on your location. 

 

Can I get florals and alcohol shipped? 

No. Unfortunately, we cannot include these items outside of the Winnipeg Area. 

 

Can I make customizations to a box? 

Yes! Please send an email to hello@blossomsandberries.ca for any special requests. We will do our best to accommodate you!

 

Will the boxes I order look the exact same as the images?

We try our best to create products you'll fall in love with! Because we are a smaller business, the individual items included will depend on availability. Product and floral substitutions are sometimes necessary. If you have any questions or requests, feel free to send us an email!
